Food Truck

Food Truck is a mobile food bank ministry that serves seventeen locations, offering food assistance to individuals and families. More than just providing food, the Dream Center uses the Food Truck as a way to build Christ-centered relationships within Los Angeles neighborhoods. The ministry aims to create a welcoming and dignified atmosphere for those in need, offering not only food but also prayer and opportunities to give back through volunteering. Ultimately, the goal is to foster lasting relationships that encourage spiritual growth and community transformation through Christ.

Dream Kids

Dream Kids is all about presenting the gospel to children in a fun, engaging, and meaningful way. We connect with kids through play therapy and activities that align with their interests—especially sports—to help them see how Jesus can be part of their everyday lives. Our goal is to create a safe, joyful space where children can grow in kindness, teamwork, and confidence, all while discovering their unique purpose in Christ.

Adopt a Block

Adopt A Block is all about building gospel-centered relationships through consistent presence in the community. Adopt a Block teams spend a few hours in a designated neighborhoods—ones we visit 2–3 times a week—to identify needs and serve in practical ways. This may include picking up trash, delivering groceries to those with limited mobility, connecting with families, and knocking on doors to build new relationships. Our goal isn’t just to meet immediate physical needs, but to genuinely love our neighbors and share the hope of Jesus through ongoing connection and care.

Jail Ministry

Through Jail Outreach, inmates in Los Angeles’ Men’s Central Jail, Twin Towers and Century Regional Detention can be discipled, encouraged and befriended by Dream Center staff and volunteers. With weekly visits and mentorship, Bible studies and church services, individuals of different demographics and backgrounds are equipped for release through enrollment in the Dream Center Discipleship (DCD) program. Serving as a bridge between those incarcerated in jail and those recovering in DCD, the outreach teams help build a loving community for incarcerated men and women.

Homeless Outreach

Homeless Outreach invites you to join us as we serve Los Angeles and its unhoused community. Our heart is to show up with compassion and dignity—week after week—because we believe transformation happens through the power of the gospel and faithful presence. Every conversation, meal, and connection is an opportunity to remind someone they are seen, valued, and not alone.

Adult Bible Study

We host Adult Bible Studies in two of our communities, creating space for people to learn about Jesus in a small group setting. These gatherings have become a place for individuals to grow in their faith, ask questions, and build meaningful relationships with others on a similar journey.

Clothing Outreach

In a typical month, we distribute around 20,000 articles of clothing. Through this weekly outreach, the Dream Center partners with many volunteers to visit over 15 underserved neighborhoods with the goal of finding a need and filling it. As many as 500 volunteers serve by distributing food, hygiene items and other essentials, playing with kids, picking up trash, and visiting families door-to-door. Practical services are also available to the community to provide emotional, physical, mental and spiritual support.

Disaster Relief

Disaster Relief collaborates with various churches and other organizations in order to quickly provide resources and emotional and spiritual support to victims affected by natural disasters occurring in the United States. Resources such as hygiene products, baby products, food and water are just some of the items distributed.

Foster Care Intervention

The Foster Care Intervention team partners with families who have open cases with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), working to help keep families together. By providing essential items—especially furniture and basic household necessities—we help parents meet the requirements needed to stabilize their homes and move their cases forward. Our goal is to support loving families, prevent unnecessary separation, assist those in the process of reunification, and ultimately help close their DCFS cases. The Foster Care Intervention team delivers tangible hope to families in crisis—helping furnish homes, provide practical support, and brings a sense of stability and dignity during a critical time.
